Getting Started

What is Pett?

Pett is a pet health and care app that helps you track medications, vet visits, health records, and reminders for all your pets — in one place. You can also share a pet with family members or caregivers so everyone stays in sync.

What pets does Pett support?

Pett supports dogs, cats, birds, and rabbits. More species are on the way.

Do I need an account to use Pett?

Yes — an account is required so your pet's data is saved and synced across devices. You can sign in with Google or Apple in seconds.

Is Pett free?

Yes, Pett is free to download and use. The free plan supports one pet with core tracking features. Pett Pro unlocks unlimited pets, full health summaries, AI-powered vet visit scanning, and more.

What's included in Pett Pro?
How much does Pett Pro cost?

Pett Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Pricing is shown in the app and varies by region. An annual plan is available at a discounted rate.

Can I try Pett Pro before subscribing?

Occasionally we release promo codes that give you free Pro access for a limited time. Follow us or check back for promotions. You can enter a promo code from the Pett Pro screen inside the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — not through Pett directly.

You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

I subscribed but the app still shows the free plan. What do I do?

Open the Pett Pro screen inside the app and tap Restore purchases. This re-syncs your subscription status. If the problem persists, contact us at pett-support@lowkeyweb.com.

Pets & Profiles

How do I add a second pet?

Tap the Pets tab and use the add button. Adding more than one pet requires a Pett Pro subscription.

Can I share a pet with a family member or caregiver?

Yes. Open the pet's profile, go to Share, and send an invite link. Anyone who accepts the invite can view and update that pet's records. Pett Pro is required to share a pet.

Can I edit my pet's details after adding them?

Yes — open the pet's profile and tap the edit icon to update their name, breed, birthday, weight, or photo at any time.

How do I remove a pet from my account?

Open the pet's profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Remove pet. This removes the pet from your account. If other members are linked to the pet, the pet itself is not deleted.

Medications & Reminders

How do medication reminders work?

When you add a medication schedule, Pett schedules local notifications on your device at the times you set. No internet connection is needed to receive reminders once they're set up.

Can I snooze a medication reminder?

Yes — when a medication notification appears, you can mark it as given or snooze it for 10 or 30 minutes directly from the notification without opening the app.

My reminders aren't arriving on time. What should I check?

If reminders are still unreliable, contact us and we'll help diagnose the issue.

Can I set multiple reminder times for the same medication?

Yes — when setting up a medication schedule you can add multiple daily times (e.g. 8 AM and 8 PM for twice-daily dosing).

Health Records & Vet Features

What health information can I track?

Pett lets you log vet visits, diagnoses, medications, vaccinations, weight, exercise, and general health observations. All records are stored securely and tied to your pet's profile.

What is the vet email summary?

With Pett Pro, you can generate a clean, formatted summary of your pet's health history — medications, diagnoses, recent visits — and send it directly to your vet before an appointment. It saves time and helps your vet get up to speed quickly.

What is AI vet visit scanning?

With Pett Pro, you can photograph or upload vet visit notes, discharge papers, or prescriptions. Pett uses AI to read the document and automatically fill in the relevant health record fields for you.

Privacy & Data

Is my data private?

Yes. Your pet's data is only visible to you and anyone you explicitly invite to co-manage a pet. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore), which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from within the app (Profile → Delete account) or by visiting pett.pro/delete-account. Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

How do I report a bug?
